it is a little expensive that most brands on Amazon. But it is worth of the money. I have a meniscus tear and went to physical therapist for 6 months. This is the Brand they used. Most important is that, the weight is evenly distributed on your ankel. For other brands the weight maybe is evenly weight on your ankle, which may hurt your knee when you walk as it is a little swing about your ankel, like a pendulum. I bought an adjustd pair a few years ago for my osteoprosis. It has 5 small sand(or crushed stone) bags. You can put one bag, or two bag to adjust the weight. But since it has only one bag on your ankel, so it is not balanced on your ankel. not confortable. My osteoprosos doctor recommended wear weight while walking.
