Inexpensive, quick, Delicious noodle Bowl

This is a filling, quick and easy meal! 2 minutes in microwave. 1 minute stirring sauce in thoroughly. And you have a hot delicious ample sized noodle bowl. I like to add fresh spring onion and cooked chicken or baby bok choy to beef it up. But even as a stand alone dish, it really is a meal in itself.

Thick Noodles with Peanuts and Veggies

The noodles were thick and good. It had a pack of peanuts in it and a good pack of veggies cut up. I didn't use all the sauce. I didn't know if it was peanut sauce. Preparation: Anyway I cooked it on stove top for about 5 minutes, then poured off most water. Then I added low salt soy sauce. It tasted good that way.

Tastes like restaurant made

Years ago, I was taken to lunch at a restaurant I had never been to. They served Thai food, a kind I had never had before. While eating my meal I came to understand why wait to enter was so long. The food was delicious. I went back a few times, before I moved away from the area. This tasted like that food. Even though I had to add my own shrimp and eggs, I really enjoyed this and am looking forward to having more, often, in the future.
