Didn't get the baby yarn I got something else.

I never got this yarn. I received something else more expensive and not at all the baby colors I wanted. I was disappointed that I got something else and I don't know how to return it and get the baby yarn i wanted. I want to finish the afghan for m y granddaughter birthday the 28 of this month.
