I had something called a 'Bunkie Board' before and didn't like it at all. I ordered this set of metal boxsprings which I'd never heard of before. It took maybe 30 minutes to put together and put on the bed. It raised the mattress 6" which made it look a lot better, plus I thought I needed a new mattress until I used these metal boxsprings. Easy to assemble, looks great, they are silent, mattress is more comfortable. I've been using for about a month and there's been no down side so far.

Super easy to assemble, I have ZERO experience building anything. No tools. Nada. So if I can put this thing together, you can too. It comes with the tools needed, nothing extra is needed. The fabric is a little easy to tear if you press on it, but shouldn't happen unless your dog jumps on it with it being ready like mine did, but OVERALL, highly recommend, super sturdy, no worries in it breaking at all!
