I just received it today so I don't have a lot of information although I can tell just like the picture online that it is very high quality and looks like sweater looking warm, and I purchased this for my daughter-in-law for her bedroom which is done in the same terracotta color and it looks like it'a big sweater that you can cover up with when you're cool.

This is a nice blanket. It's soft to the touch. The knit form adds a little bit of extra weight that plush blankets don't usually have. The feel of the knitting reminds me of blankets my grandmother used to make. I could cozy up with for hours. This blanket is absolutely lovely.

So far (brand new out of the bag) I'm seriously impressed... with everything. The weight and warmth is substantial. The yarn is thick- but not too chunky. The knit is just right. Not too loose. The deep wine color compliments velvet texture and amplifies the rich luxurious look of chenille. Its absolutely beautiful. I guarantee, you won't be disappointed. I will update later to report how well it washes.
