They're all natural so no next day hangover or worries about long term use. I find them very pleasant and efficacious to use during the day while having a time out meditating or reading. It's just nice to have a non pharmocogical intervention with no side effects

I have a 23 month old who wakes 5-10 times a night , who's constantly so busy even to get him down it takes me 2 hours before he settles. Jace been using sleepypatch for a week now & while bed time is still taking time to fall asleep,he's more settled and once asleep his wake times are maybe 2-3 & easy to get back to sleep 🩵 amazing!!!!

My toddler has had trouble falling asleep since birth! She always woke up several times a night, and our bedtime routine was taking two hours every night. I tried everything from calming baby wash and a warm bath, music, white noise, low lighting.. nothing worked! After bringing home her baby brother from the hospital, this momma couldn't deal with the bedtime drama! I found the Sleepy Patch in an ad on Facebook many times before, and decided to pull the trigger because I was out of options. After the first night, she has been down in under thirty minutes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I don't know how I lived without these wonderful stickers! I cannot recommend these enough!
