These engines are not free-wheeling , and if an engine has "jumped time," it is possible the cylinder heads have to be removed because of damage to the valves or pistons

USAGE

This tool slides easily over the crankshaft and seamlessly locks into place with the Wood ruff key. You only need to rotate the crankshaft with tool attached to crank so that the slot in the handle locks into the engine cover alignment dowel pin, ensuring the engine is at the correct TDC point avoiding extreme damage and costly repairs.

Easily installs over the crankshaft and engine front cover alignment dowel to position the crankshaft at top-dead-center — the correct position for timing chain installation
