Worth Every Penny!
This was my second purchase from VIVO but the first with pneumatic arms. Packaging was easy to open, instructions were very clear [written & digital], and installation was easy. The mounts/arms work as described and in my opinion, are easier to set-up and operate than as advertised. My original purchase in 2021 of the "STAND-VO12" I had to have an adapter sent to me due to one of my Dell Monitor's being funky [that's a technical term]. When setting up these new mounts, it suddenly dawned on me the I had to install the adapter several years ago and grew concerned that over time things would have changed rendering the adapter useless; I was wrong! Attaching the monitor with the adapter was not an issue and overall attaching both monitors was easier than in the past. I'm in my 60's and am very impressed that VIVO is able to upgrade their products while keeping their previous designs compatible. In my experience, most companies do not do that. Thank You VIVO!

Best arm Ever
I have bought this one on Amazon. The arm is amazing quality and the system to fix on. the back of the monitor then mount it easily on the arm is so PER-FECT ! In fact I can easily switch screen and this is really amazing.

Super easy setup. Works great
Setup was quick and easy. Basically everything you need is provided, and it probably only took me about 10 minutes to get it put together. The most difficult part of the setup for me was fine tuning the weight to hold the monitor without it dipping, but that super simple too. I also purchased a tall double arm mount, and I will say that I really liked the build quality of this single arm mount, over the tall double arm mount. Not to say that other was bad, but this one felt more premium. On top of that, the cable management for this single arm mount felt much easier to work with in comparison to the other one.
