Great stock pot

This pot is worth its price. Heavy, very accurately machined. The lid is so heavy that no steam escapes even at full boil. Most importantly, the heavy flat bottom covers the whole diameter, so the heat transfer is even and quick. Interestingly, at least when new, the pot is almost non-stick. Wear protective gloves when stirring because the pot is so deep that one needs to go straight down to reach the bottom.
