Having missed the initial release of this system I went looking for it for a gift. Many other offerings were twice as expensive, but then I saw this and was a bit hesitant because the price is really good and im thinking this could be some clone,or emulator. Nope, it was exactly what I hoped it was. A complete, legitimate console with all the extras like the paperwork and the poster, console and controllers in a sealed box.

It was simple to hook up, just plug in and play! Graphics were better than I expected, and no lag! Lots of games to choose from, and it has an auto save function to bring you right back to the game you left off. I wish the controller was a little easier on the hands because Pac Man has my thumb sore. It also has many games that i never got the chance to play as a kid, so thats a huge bonus! It's compact and would be nice to take on trips as you can hook it up easily to any tv, so perfect in hotels! it came with an adorabke Yoshi keychain!

If you appreciate how simple the original Nintendo was, you will appreciate this. Yes the controllers are limited by a cord, but so was the original Nintendo. This is perfect if you want to play classic games and don't want your kids connected to the internet.
