Do not buy! Terrible item. It's made of super porous, soft wood and is therefore extremely absorbent and hard to clean. I used it once and scrubbed it and it's still full of all the oil and juices from the fish I cooked. It's also so thick that it doesn't slide under the food, just pushes it around. Don't know why it says bamboo in the name. It is NOT bamboo. I won't use it again. Just awful.
