Love this item! Bought it because I read it helps with Lymphatic drainage. Too soon to tell if it does, but it's a lotta fun to use! The writing is in JApanese or something, so I just have to guess which buttons to push. Very strong vibrations so I recommend it.

I saw the same exact one on Amazon for over $100. I did a lot of research on the variety of brands. This is the one I wanted. YouTube had a posting that had it in the top 5 of 100s. I liked the extra width on this one that others didn't offer. I saw o e negative review saying the placement of the foot plate se tion labels made her feet uncomfortable. i'm glad that didn't scare me away; I dont even feel them. I haven't put the batteries in the remote yet, hence no rating for that. I've only had it for a week and loving it. This thing is solid and not cheap quality. It's very quiet if you put both feet in the middle of the plate or on the next section, which is the one I use the most. I move my feet to the outer section for a few minutes before I decide to finish. When on that section, it's slightly more noisy, but nothing bothersome. I use it at least once a day for 10-15 minutes, and my husband doesn't even know I have it, lol. He is always on the floor directly below me and hasnt heard it. I haven't looked at the instructions yet. There are a lot more options than what Im using so far. I'm just still glowing from the basics and newness. I'm. sure that I'll venture to other options soon. I don't have water retention that I'm aware of so I can't attest to that benefit. I'm really hoping it burns calories as the reviews for all brands said. Too soon to know. I'm so happy with this choice. Im glad I took the time to research. And I'm very happy that Walmart offered it for a much lower cost. It arrived in 3 days and was packaged very well.
