Works great!
Was tired of my cheap 5-sheet shredder that sounded like it was going to die if you only put 3 sheets in. The 18-sheet capacity on this baby makes my work a lot easier. I also like the fact that it will shred credit cards and CDs. I also like the pull-out trash bin which is also a lot larger than my old one. Now I don't have to lift the shredder off to empty. The feed is a little slower than my old one but at 18 sheets at a time it's still much quicker. I haven't done a lot of constant shredding with it yet so I can't really say if it will overheat quickly or last a long time but it seems to be well made.

Good shredder for medium work but did not last.
Shredder was good for home use, but now less than 3 years from purchase, it cannot go into reverse. Not worth the $164 + tax that I paid.
