Fantastic hat

Thick fabric! Great quality! The stripes are sewn on ribbon not painted stripes. The only downside is its not white and green but more a very pale green with darker stripes. It will still work great. The brim is a bit lopsided from shipping but a few days on a wig stand will fix it.
