During the 2023 season, Chase Briscoe only drove a midget three times. The full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver kicked off 2024 with a B main appearance at the Chili Bowl National in January. During the preliminary feature, the No.5 midget went 12th to 5th in 30 laps, a performance highlight. Followed up with a pair of races at the Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series held at Illinois Wayne County Speedway where he finished sixth in a 20-car field.
