OVERVIEW
The Maxam MS801 is an all season tire manufactured for industrial vehicles.
The tire promotes a damage resistant performance. The durable tire compound avoids the tread's cracking, chipping and tearing, preventing them from shortening the tire's usability. The thick under-tread and the stronger construction work together to avoid punctures and cuts from damaging the tire's casing. The special self-cleaning tread design avoids stone retention. The large tread elements eject rocks stuck between the tread elements before they can damage the tire's casing by drilling into the tread area. The better resistance to damage guarantees a safer performing capability and power.
The MS801 upgrades the controllability. The wider tire profile and the stronger sidewall construction are combined to improve the tire's driving stability. They reinforce and stabilize the tread area and prevent the deformation of the optimal tire shape under the load and driving pressure affecting the model. This results in a stronger and more precise control over the vehicle, while it also boosts the load carrying capability and power. This tire has a BIASED ply structure.
Manufacturers only provide the width and rim diameter with these tires. Various brands and models will have discrepancies. To ensure the correct size is purchased, the overall tire diameter should be checked.
This is a Tubed Tire (TT), which requires an inner tube and flaps to properly function, which are not included in this purchase.
The Overall Diameter advertised represents the overall diameter in inches, once it has been inflated and mounted.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
