Two out of four damaged, wrong size

I ordered 18 by 18 by 9 rims, not only did they take 14 days to show up, two of the rims were badly damaged in bent preventing the Wheel from Rolling freely across the floor. They have no actual phone number oh, so good luck with customer service. You have to package these things and send them yourself. Oh I forgot the cherry on top, the rims weren't even size 18, they were size 16! They were packaged so loosely that you could see the rim from the outside of the box Everywhere on my order said 18, I question if the lug spacing is even accurate
