Yeah, this is the best upscale toothpaste around. Really does a good job, fresh n clean. Can teeth be re-mineralized ? I'm not sure. I had de-mineralization in one tooth, so I was hoping this would maybe help (?) But i was buying this toothpaste long before that happened anyway.

Love love love this toothpaste. As others mentioned, it takes getting used to the lack of sappy sweetness. Once you do, you'll never want to use traditional toothpaste again. My teeth feel clean and it didn't upset my stomach, even when I was pregnant. It's best to rinse with warm water.
