POSITIVELY QUINTESSENTIAL QUALITY
I can't say enough about the significant and far reaching nutritional qualities / benefits of PQQ. However, you can read enough, and more, about this remarkable and valuable nutritional factor many easily accessible places these days. New to most people. Worth learning about. I'm very thankful to have learned all about PQQ, and I like everything I've learned. PQQ is now a very important part of my special combination of nutritional supplements (that I acquire from Swanson Health Products) that I put together into my unique morning program. I'll never go without it. Works for me.

Best PQQ on the market (w/Bio PQQ™️ - haven't tried PureQQ™️ yet, only BioPQQ™️ & Swanson regular/Green bottle aka unpatented)
This brand is the only brand of PQQ I would recommend (only one I haven't tried is the "Health Thru Nutrition w/ 'PureQQ™️' patented formula, duebto cost). Usually most of the Swanson branded products use patented ingredients; especially in their premium / "Ultra" product line. But recently I bought 2 of their regular (Green bottle) Swanson 20mg 30-count bottles and I feel ZERO benefit. I'm gonna call today and ask to exchange them for Jarrow Formula's. Rule of thumb: always look for a "®️" or "™️" next to the active ingredient, indicating it's a patented formulation of the nutrient, and thus more likely to have guaranteed potency & consistency.

An Energy Powerhouse!
Jarrow's PQQ is a BONAFIDE energy enhancing supplement. After daily supplementation, I can feel a marked increase in energy & stamina, both physical & mental. It's a great complement to other supplements such as CO-Q10, Ginseng & D-Ribose.
