These are great knives, better than I expected for the original price and I got them on clearance so even better! They are sharp and cut great, I didn't realize how dull my old set was (even after sharpening) until I used these. The knives have a good weight to them and feel balanced in your hand. I love the 5 piece set in the smaller block since I have separate steak knives and don't need them in a big block on my counter. I got the black, it's sleek and beautiful as are the knives. I would recommend this set to others.
