This is my first time buying instant oatmeal, quick and easy to prepare. At first i thought it was a very small amount because the big cup was almost 1/4 fill but after adding water and cooking in microwave it swelled to about half the cup. I wasn't thst hungry so it wa the perfect amount and helps with portion control. Also made my house smell good lol. These a really good to have in the pantry for a quick breakfast without getting the dishes dirty.
