I had doubts when I received 2 large boxes, surely something was missing. Instructions were easy to follow, and in no time, I had the sofa put together, and I could not be happier! Only complaint was using the allen key. Difficult to hold on to. Advertisement 100% correct in regard to quality and comfort.

one set of cushions expanded in packaging, making it almost impossible to just remove, to put together. Frustrating. my 2 back pieces have not fully 'inflated', as well as 1 of the seat cushions. after 5 full days. now i have a lopsided couch

Couch arrived in three boxes (as described) one of which was badly damaged. The hole in one of the boxes caused the vacuum sealed cushions to expand, causing one of the back support pieces to become lodged in the seat base. The couch is easy to assemble, if done in the correct sequence. It looks amazing assembled but the quality is not good.
