This heat pad has helped me with cramps and back pain. It heats up in a few minutes and then it's ready to keep you warm and help you with your pain. I highly recommend it for the quality of the fabric and for the ease of use! I've washed the fabric in the washing machine and came out as new, so it's perfect for daily use and if it gets dirty you just take apart the fabric and wash it!
