Hi Yini, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am sorry to hear your Hint deck-mount bath filler is splashing when it is fully opened. This faucet is designed to produce a high flow of 11.0 gpm (41.6 lpm) at 45 psi (3.1 bar). Having a higher psi in the home can increase this. If the water delivery spot is hitting the wall of the bath, rather than the bottom of the bath, it can cause additional splash back during filling. Beautiful faucet but pooling issue.

I also have the pooling issue. I hope there is a way to fix it. Hard to change faucets now and for the price that is a unacceptable flaw.

Water pools at the base of the faucet

I have exactly the same problem as jhaywood28 describes in his review. When the water is turned off, water still in the system slowly drips out. And because the spout and the undersurface of the faucet are horizontal, this remaining, slow-moving water starts to run along the undersurface of the faucet and collects in a pool at the base.
