The umami flavor in these anchovies is absolutely divine! I literally savor the flavor. They are a good source of protein, omega 3 fatty acids. They also have calcium and selenium. They're kinda high in sodium so be careful. These anchovies are OMG good!

Top Quality Anchovies

These are the best quality anchovies I've found. Almost no bones, less salty taste than most and no fishy smell. Fairly priced for the quality. The tin package is more economical than the slightly smaller product in a jar. I always keep these on hand for cooking and salads.
