I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. I got this to see if it would help some of my pain. It actually does help some. I lather up with it, and leave it in for a bit before I rinse it off and it helps. I haven't used it as a shampoo yet. The smell is a very light fresh fragrance. It doesn't dry out my skin.

Soothing relief!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product gives great soothing relief to muscle aches. As a construction worker, I come home with body aches and sore muscles most every night. I looked forward to a hot shower and using this product. The epsom salt and menthol really seem to do the trick. Great as a shampoo as well. Haven't tried it as a foaming bath, yet, but I plan on trying it soon.
