This is the second one of this particular brand and model of small food processor we've purchased. The first one lasted at least ten years and the blade was still sharp, but the container started showing signs of cracking, so we purchased another one. Hope they never change this model, we'll need another one in ten years!

I absolutely love this machine. I love eating ice but no longer what to sacrifice my teeth for my cravings. I saw a girl on youtube mention she uses this to make powdery ice, similar to snow. Absolutely the best!

If you need a small chopper this is the ONLY one you should consider. As with all Ninja products there are twice as many blades as other brands. I had replaced a Kitchenaid that was 20 years old with a $15 Bella chopper. First time I used that I knew it was trash. Found this Ninja and love it. Easy to use and clean and you never have to worry about uneven chopping. It does only have one speed but that is not a concern to me.
