If you have purchased your FIFTY/FIFTY® product through a retailer, you should address your warranty claim through that retailer. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, please contact our customer service team at orders@fiftyfiftybottles.com to address your claim. Unfortunately, replacements done for bottles purchased from a source other than FiftyFiftybottles.com cannot be customized. International customers wishing to make a claim should contact orders@fiftyfiftybottles.com.
Please be aware that the warranty terms on items offered for sale by third party Marketplace sellers may differ from those displayed in this section (if any). To confirm warranty terms on an item offered for sale by a third party Marketplace seller, please use the 'Contact seller' feature on the third party Marketplace seller's information page and request the item's warranty terms prior to purchase.
