Scammer, stay away from them!!!

Extremely frustrating experience! I purchased a shampoo a year ago, but it never arrived. Despite my efforts to contact the seller and Walmart, the issue remained unresolved. The seller couldn't locate the order and declined a refund, which felt ridiculous. I reached out to Walmart twice, they just cited limitations with third-party sellers, and couldn't provide a solution either. I've been a loyal Walmart member for years, paying several hundred dollars in membership fees, yet they were hesitant to refund a mere thirty-dollar never-arrived order. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I'm leaving Walmart forever.
