THE HAIR DOESN'T SNAG AND GLIDES THROUGH THIS LIKE BUTTER DUE TO THE CERAMIC PLATES WHICH ALWAYS DO BETTER THAN TITANIUM TO ME. THE BODY OF THIS STYLER IS TITANIUM COATED AND THAT'S IT. I LOVE THE LOOK, THE FEEL, THE EASE OF HANDLING AND THE RESULTS OF USING THIS AND CONSIDER IT MONEY WELL SPENT.
