This book was recommended to me by a long time spiritual friend, and he promised it would reveal deep spiritual mysteries and profound truths which are not found in many other spiritual sources. In my reading so far, I do agree, it does contain a wealth of amazing stories and insights which in my opinion are explained at greater depth and with more clarity than in a lot of literature I've encountered in the past -- and I've lived in India and been on a spiritual path for nearly 40 years. Vasistha's Yoga is definitely recommended reading for all serious seekers who have an interest in Eastern spiritual wisdom, and this particular translation is very beautifully presented in a very easily readable fashion.
