I ordered two of these crates when they were on sale and was charged for two and confirmed that two were shipping. I only received one. I contacted Walmart who contacted the manufacturer. They're only offering me a refund and saying that it is in high demand so they have increased the price. The price is increased by $250 but they are only willing to give me a $10 promotional credit and offered to refund me my original payment and for me to rebuy it at the higher price. I have left numerous messages for the manufacturer and spoken with Walmart. Walmart can only give me a refund of my original payment. The manufacturer is not responding to phone calls, voicemails or emails. This is a great product if you can deal with the customer service and you actually received the product.
