The bed arrived in a tall skinny box and once you unwrap it, the bed will expand. It reaches its full expansion within 24-72 hours but usually day one it's mostly expanded and ready for immediate use. The bed helps me sleep better and helped to relieve pain I had in knees, joints, neck and back areas. If you ever had a car accident or just suffer from gym injuries or any type of pain in the areas I mentioned, this bed is definitely going to heal you!! it's very comfortable and easy to fall asleep. it's also very soft fabric and is perfect for 1-2 people with space to spare.
