Summit Commercial's line of mini reach-in refrigerators brings versatile convenience to new dining setups, with stainless steel construction for lasting durability and factory-installed dollys to ensure easy portability.The SCR1401RI is an upright beverage center conveniently sized with a slim 24 inch footprint. The stainless steel trimmed glass door provides a full view of storage down to the floor, with recessed LED lighting to ensure an attractive and efficient presentation. The door comes in a right-hand door swing and features a self-closing design to help protect stored items in commercial settings where customers may not take the time to ensure a tight seal. This unit comes pre-installed on a dolly with four 3" casters for easy mobility, perfect for restaurants and bars. The dolly can also be removed and reattached as needed. A factory-installed lock offers additional security. This unit has a fully finished black cabinet and is designed for freestanding indoor use.Inside, the SCR1401RI utilizes frost-free operation for minimum user maintenance. The interior walls are made from stainless steel for improved durability and sanitation. Its reach-in design allows convenient user access to the interior, with seven adjustable U-shaped steel tray holders that can be rearranged on cantilevered clips to accommodate a variety of sizes. This unit comes with seven aluminum half-sheet pans, ideal for storing beverages and other sealed items. Seven chrome shelves are also included for user convenience. The digital control panel is conveniently located towards the top, allowing staff to adjust the temperature without bending to the floor. The readout can be viewed in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Additional features include an audible high-temperature alarm, open door alarm, temperature memory function, and sabbath mode setting. The SCR1401RI is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 for use in commercial settings. Its reach-in design makes it a great choice for bringing flexible, portable, and convenient beverage storage to commercial settings.
