Poor drawings, not supplied right
On the outside beams, neither of them have holes drilled for the support beams on either end. It is missing 8 screws, 2 bolts with nuts, and there is nothing to attach the beams that go across and meet in the middle. Making them offsides. The “pre drilled holes for these are off by inches and you have to redrill it in new places. And to top it off there is no written instructions. Just poor drawings that do not give much instruction. And it arrived late.

Decorative , not strong, not weather treated.
Looking at the pictures and reading the copy I understood this to be a durable outdoor pergola for plants and outdoor enhancement. The 4x4 's were not 4x4's but rather hollow lightweight constructions (4x4, but hollow). The wood is not treated for outdoor normal elements. When I called the manufacturer I could not speak to a knowledgable responsible manager or anyone familiar with item and was told by reception that the item was decorative and not designed for 'heavy rain' I asked how to prevent heavy from lightweight rain...and no answer. I didnt expect the world for the price, but not the level of misrepresentation. Caveat Emptor!
