It is missing 1 part and I am not able to finish putting it together. I have contacted the company via e-mail and the waned a copy of the bill of sale and order number. I sent that and they now want a picture of all the parts I did receive AND a photo of the box with sku number. The product looked to be great when I opened the box but I am not dealing the the trouble Homel is giving me for a 3 dollar door hinge.
