The mattress arrived in a long, narrow box. Once opened (do not use a sharp object to open!), the mattress filled out nicely and without incident! What a lovely surprise!! I like that the company included an opener for releasing the mattress from the packaging. It was included with the product! This mattress does NOT require the use of a box spring. That is a plus! At 14 inches, it has good height for people who require it or for individuals who require that a mattress have more density. It is very comfortable and is not one that becomes deformed after use. The edges of the mattress do not readily compress and become deformed with use. I would caution sitting upon the CORNERS of the mattress, though, as it will not hold weight without ‘giving’; the good news is that it ‘bounces back’ with little effort!! This is of little consequence, however and does not affect the overall quality of the mattress! It has plenty of spring and bounce and has performed admirably so far and I highly recommend this product!! This is a HYBRID mattress and the inner springs combined with the memory foam is a winning combination! The mattress will prove to be very comfortable to anyone who has trouble sleeping due to needing more support along the spine or who has back problems. Highly recommend this mattress and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and price! Setup was easy and was completed without incident with the handy included opener! Once opened, it plumped up as described. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase!!

Twin mattress quality is good. I brought 12 inch hybrid it so comfortable and quality of the materials are good. I used different mattress but this one so far best of all those i have. Inner spring quality is also good. I like when i sleep on side. Lot of mattresses will sink when sleeping or sitting on it. This mattress is firm and it doesn’t change it shape . I like way it is.
