This Easymart waist trainer definitely does what it's supposed to do. I'm a size 8 and ordered a medium, and the fit is spot on snug but comfortable, not hard to get on. The second I started moving, I was sweating almost immediately. I'm not exaggerating… this thing gets to work fast. Great for workouts or even wearing while doing chores if you want to feel like you just ran a mile. My only small wish is that it was a bit longer, especially for more lower belly coverage. It still works really well, I just would've loved a little extra length. Overall, it fits great, does its job, and definitely brings the sweat. I'd buy it again... just be prepared to glow. 😄
