Runs large, get at least half a size smaller

When I first put these on, they were very comfortable, but I ended up having to return them because they run large. Normally I wear a size 9 inch shoes. But these were sliding off my heel every time I took a step so I would definitely get a size at least a half size smaller but believe me, when I say they felt very good and comfortable on my feet and I am very sad that I had to return them because they do not carry these in my store.
