i also order 4 PACKS of 25 and received just 4. With all these reviews stating this is an issue,im not sure why Walmart is still leaving the listing up. and why should we as a Walmart customer have to deal with the 3rd party seller? im missing 96 out of 100 items on my order. just unacceptable.
