I've bought a lot of screens and this one is my favorite! It's so easy to install and the tape and Velcro is made to last. It's not heavy but it is still heavy duty. The magnets are the perfect combination of a strong hold for wind use and yet easy to get through. It's lasted over 6 months in the desert heat, wind and monsoon. No discoloration, no tears, or weakening in the netting either. We have kids and pets so there's a lot of in/out and it's still good as new.
