A doctor recommended a pine tar soap for my son, who has eczema and bumps (keratin build up) on his arms and legs. The doctor didn't say what kind, brand, etc. I purchased this, and it has definitely helped my son. I have also used it on my sensative skin as i get eczema breakouts as well. The soap did not irritate my skin. There is a strong smell to the soap. The smell is just of the pine tar. The smell didn't linger on either my son or myself. I will buy this again.
