The zipper pull, for the bigger pocket, fell off upon removing the bag form its wrapper. There was no place to reattach the pull as the zipper crown is not on the zipper body. The bag material was very stiff, more so than any other sling bag or back pack I have used or own. The pockets were smaller than expected, even for a small bag.
