1. Do I need to assemble the scooter?
Yes, SISIGAD electric scooter are 95% assembled, you still have to finish the rest by yourself.

2. Why can't the electric scooter start?
Firstly, the scooter will not start when charging, you need to unplug the charger first. Then turn on the screen, put one foot on the scooter pedal and push it for a short distance, and then press the accelerator to start.

3. What are the precautions for battery during use? Is the charger included?
Please avoid charging the battery until it is completely drained or has been idle for too long time. The charger comes with the scooter and it is best to use our matching charger, not other brands or models. Do not park the scooter in the hot sun or heavy rain.

4. Why scooters don't reach the advertised max speed?
a. Low Battery: If the battery is low, the max speed of the scooter will be limited.
b. Rider's Weight: If the weight of the riders exceeds 65kg, it will also reduce the speed slightly.
c. The top speed is also defected by the terrain and weather.
d. Unlock the top speed on Orbital Sports App.

5. What type of tires does SISIGAD scooter have?
Pneumatic tyre are used on the front wheel and solid tyre on the rear wheel, in order to provide better shock absorption as well as to reduce your maintenance costs.
6. How to turn on cruise control mode?
