Didn't even realize these were gluten free. We love the taste %26make mini muffins for bite size pancakes! Melts in your mouth !Delicious. Makes the house smell good too. The cost went up from the very first time they came out , almost double. Not happy with that but still tasty enough we will splurge now and then.

omgosh these are awesome!! do yourself a favor and buy this muffin mix! this mix is so easy to make. no different than making a boxed cake mix or actual pancakes. the taste is amazing. your family will love it especially if they like pancakes. these are great as is but we tried them with pancake syrup and it was just like having pancakes! i used my standard cupcake pans with paper liners and I got 15. we had these for dinner one night also with sausage. they are so tasty and filling. these are so good that i bought a box for my daughter's house. i just know my grandkids will love this! i absolutely highly recommend buying this muffin mix!

Absolutely Amazing

I used milk instead of water and baked for 30 minutes as instructed. The muffins were god tier. The muffins were made of rice flour but I couldn't even tell. They weren't overly sweet and were crunchy on the top and moist and soft in the middle. Please do not discontinue because I will buy again and again!!!
