Nice
I personally like solaray for their good quality ingredients and their dosage. The capsules size aren't huge horse pills and have no taste. Packaging has an easy access lid. I take vitamin e as someone with a menstrual cycle to reduce the effect of cramping pms. I feel when I'm consistent, the symptoms are reduced.

Great product. The pills are a little too big to swallow. I open them up and mix the powder with water. The taste is neutral. The powder is very fine, so do not inhale.
