Jarrow Formulas, Krill Oil, 120 Softgels
My wife and I supplement with Jarrow Formulas Krill Oil because Krill Oil is much better absorbed in the body than fish oil. Fish do not manufacture Omega-3 fatty acids; rather they have to eat other fish to obtain them, e.g. krill. Better to go straight to the source. Supposed to relieve swollen feet and ankles. So far, so good. Excellent quality, good product, highly recommend.

Astaxanthin and the phospholipids!
I love Jarrow Formulas (Jarrow)! They offer tested products and are so transparent as a company. The company is so honest they tell you about the ingredients' method of extraction. It is hard for me not to love that for my health. I have been using their krill product for just under 10 years. Krill oil has all of the omega-3s as phospholipids. Our cells are made of phospholipids and can use it immediately - like attracts like. Jarrow was also one of the first companies that was very informed about the benefits of astaxanthin and made sure that was on their labeling. Astaxanthin is a great antioxidant for heart and brain health. Astaxanthin fights cell damage as we age by protecting fats from oxidizing and aids against the generation of free radicals. There is no fishy taste here and the size of the soft gel is not the biggest I have had to take - one sip of water goes a long way there.

Good
Very good krill oil, haven't done a blood test yet to see the benefits but it is supposed to help cholesterol levels and inflammation. I use it to substitute regular fish oil / omega 3. No after taste whatsoever. Jarrow Formula supplements are highly recommended by friends and family. It sells out quickly so get it while you can :)
