Human inspectors needed in this industry.
The product delivered was not what I ordered -- an 80 pack was broken into two 40 packs, and only one 40 pack was delivered (even though I ordered 80, and the packaged I received was emblazoned with a warning not to separate the packages). More importantly, I received tea dust in flat tea bags instead of the tea leaves in pyramid bags. The architecture makes all the difference to the tea drinker. I endeavored to return the package to Walmart and was informed that Walmart involved a 3rd party vendor in supplying the tea and that I may or may not get my money back.
