This is the first steamer I've ever owned. I thought they sent me the wrong one. It's a lot bigger and prettier than it looks in the ad. My only complaint is the annoying ticking sound it makes while it's running. But for the price I paid for it it'sworth it. I have a dog that makes more noise than this thing. This has 3 speeds with a good amount of steam that releases. The electric cord is 6 foot I think.Did I mention how pretty it is?

Not, small like a travel steamer. Works well with the brush attached. Water hole is very small. Need to use a small funnel or the little included pitcher to avoid a mess. I use it on material that's gets ruined/melts with an iron. Rayon, thin polyester "swing" type tops and dresses. Heats up quick. Good price!
