Adjustable comfort w/o changing bed design

Easy set up once you have some muscle to bring it in. Need 2 people because it is heavy. My husband %26 16 year old son were able to install. It worked with my original bed %26 frame. We just removed the slats %26 kept side rails headboard %26 footboard. We bought a new firm mattress (MLILY black 14”) the mattress doesn't adjust well unless you are in the bed, so maybe not a very firm mattress is needed but a semi firm to soft? It still works though. It's not the adjustable bed's fault. See pics.

After hip surgery I needed to continue sleeping in my back. I got used to that on our twin size adjustable bed. So I bought this queen size adjustable platform to replace my own queen size bed. My husband and son-in-law set it up for me. They did say that it was heavy to get upstairs but they managed. I love it. I can raise both the head and the feet as high or low as I wish. It operates smoothly plus theres a middle button on the remote that you press to return to flat all at once. I recommend this adjustable platform.
